2011-12 Sumner High School Band Program Schedule-Update #7 (3 Weeks)
Weeks of January 23rd-29thth, January 30th-February 5th, and February 6th-12th, 2012
Sumner HS Band Program Students and Families:
We’re trying to get back to a normal schedule after our longest-ever MLK Holiday weekend of 9-days, but there are changes and adjustments to our plans, both with basketball games and other classes. The Tuesday January 31st Winter Concert at the PAC is on-schedule and will be a great chance to see the progress of both our Symphonic Bands and Jazz Ensembles, so I hope you’ll be able to attend. We’re getting near the play-offs for the Basketball Pep Bands, and looming on the horizon is the Big Band Dinner Dance and Auction on Saturday March 3rd, which will be another great event put on by our Spartan Band Parents Association. Thanks as always for both your dedication and your flexibility as we continue through this interesting and unpredictable Winter of 2012 – before you know it we’ll be marching in the Spring Parades and this bad weather will be a memory.
